Diana is a Senior Associate and supervises several disciplines in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department.

She deals with cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.  Diana has worked on a wide variety of transactions and legal matters, including real estate transactions, finance transactions, applications and petitions relating to company law matters, trusts, liquidations and receiverships. Diana is a skillful drafter of complex legal documents with notable attention to detail.

Diana also represents clients in commercial and corporate litigation and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. She has extensive experience in conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations for corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Diana is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Belgorod State University and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
