Nikoletta is a Partner of the Firm and the Head of the Litigation Department. Nikoletta has been acting as head litigator in a number of complex litigation cases before the District and Supreme Court of Cyprus particularly in the areas of banking and commercial litigation, representing national and international organizations and individuals as well as dealing with out-of-court dispute resolutions in relation to various subjects. She has particular experience in securing injunctions (such as freezing orders) and judgements, enforcing judicial orders and measures for debt collection as well as in the overall preparation and handling of civil, administrative, family and private criminal proceedings. Nikoletta has represented and advised financial institutions, large corporations, and organizations on various matters, and has been entrusted with the drafting, redrafting and reconstruction of operational and custom made financing documents for the purposes of compliance with the applicable regulations.
Nikoletta is further highly experienced in all employment related legal matters, including terminations, transfer of undertakings, redundancies, drafting of disciplinary codes and employment contracts. In addition, Nikoletta has relevant experience in public procurement law and has recently advised and represented reputable organizations before the Tenders Review Authority.
Nikoletta achieved a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece in 2007 and has further completed an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, UK in 2009.
Nikoletta has been admitted to practice in the Republic of Cyprus since 2009 and is member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
