Tatiana has substantial experience in cross-border transactions involving international corporations, in relation to the acquisition of national companies and mergers, as well as being highly experienced in corporate restructurings of multinational group companies. Her experience further extends to the re-domiciliation of companies from various jurisdictions to Cyprus, including the migration of a Cyprus company to foreign jurisdictions.
Tatiana’s practice also covers all employment related legal matters particularly in relation to the transfer of undertakings, terminations and drafting of employment contracts, mutual release agreements and other related agreements. Tatiana has further advised and assisted large corporations in relation to the acquisition of intellectual property protection both nationally and internationally. Recently, she has advised various organisations in relation to the implementation and set-up of their in-house procedures and internal work-practices pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In addition, Tatiana’s experience is complemented with knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry such as, among other, knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment in Cyprus and the EU, preparation of relevant commercial agreements, such as distribution agreements, licensing agreements and other pharmaceutical industry agreements and compliance obligations in relation to marketing.
Tatiana has received a BA (Hons) with specialisation in Communication from Université d'Ottawa in Canada. She further obtained an LLB (Hons) (GDL Conversion) from BPP University (London) and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the same institution following the corporate and commercial stream.
Tatiana has earned a Certificate of Attendance from CIIM in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and has attended additional seminars in relation to the same subject matter. She has also earned a Certificate of Attendance after participating in various courses on “Continuing Professional Development for the Cyprus Investment Firms”.
Tatiana is admitted to practice in the Republic of Cyprus since 2013 and is member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
