Argyris is a Partner of the Firm and the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department.  His hands on legal and transactional expertise on various complex corporate and commercial dealings and his unique ability to come up with tailored, straightforward and pragmatic solutions are the main characteristics of his work.  

His practice focuses in corporate governance issues, complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, re-domiciliations and real estate acquisitions. Argyris regularly advises clients on a range of equity transactions, reorganisations, restructurings, demergers, investment agreements and  disputes.

Argyris’ expertise further extends in advising private equity investors and borrowers on corporate and leveraged finance as well as real estate finance, asset finance and asset backed lending. During his career, Argyris also acted for clients operating in the real estate industry and gained extensive knowledge  in real estate development, retail clients and constructions.

In addition, Argyris’ practice covers all employment aspects, advising employers and employees on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters on restructuring, unfair and constructive dismissal and other major HR projects such as transfer of undertakings and outsourcing.

Argyris holds a Bachelor or Law (Hons) from Liverpool John Moores University in England, a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from University of Leicester, UK, and is admitted to practice in the Republic of Cyprus since 2012 and is member of the Cyprus Bar Association. In 2014 he became a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London as Member Arbitrator (MCIArb).
