Antonis is a Partner and acts as the Head of Corporate & Regulatory Compliance of the Firm.

He graduated from the Law School of Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) obtaining his LLB, and from the University College London (UCL) where he obtained an LLM in Corporate Law with distinction.

He is an approved and certified person from Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), for the provision of professional investment services and he is a qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Among others, he advises clients on matters concerning incorporation and administration of Cyprus Companies, debt and equity finance, shareholders’ disputes and minority protection, matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and restructuring, real estate and property law as well as Intellectual Property Law issues.  He also provides bespoke legal support with regards to the authorization and functioning of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Fund Managers (AIFMs), Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs), Undertakings for the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) as well as Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs).  Additionally, Antonis provides expert legal support on cross border transactions in relation to purchase and acquisition of vessels and the subsequent registration of those vessels under Cyprus Flag through permanent, provisional or parallel registration.  His knowledge on the Cyprus Immigration Programmes constitutes him a reliable professional for third country nationals to exploit the benefits and advantages of such programmes.  Antonis also advises High–Net-Worth -Individuals (HNWIs) on asset protection, succession and wealth preservation through robust and self-executive Cyprus International Trust (CIT) structures.
