Maritini is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of our law firm, where she specializes in a wide range of legal issues. Her practice areas encompass company formation, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, legal compliance, and the intricacies of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

She is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2022. After successfully completing her bar exams, she is currently enhancing her qualifications by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Cyprus.

Before joining our firm, Maritini worked as a Junior Associate in the Banking and Finance Team at a prominent law firm in Nicosia, Cyprus, where she gained valuable experience in legal research related to banking and finance law and analysis. Additionally, she has experience with auction procedures, including managing auction notices and preparing restructured account statements.
