Sofoklis is an Associate of the Firm. He graduated from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2021, where he received his L.L.B degree. He joined the Firm as a Trainee Lawyer in September 2021 and was admitted to practice in the Republic of Cyprus thereafter, after successfully completing his traineeship. With a particular interest in Corporate Compliance, Sofoclis succeeded in CySEC’s AML Examination gaining the CySEC AML Certification.

Sofoklis’ main areas of expertise are corporate, commercial and migration law. His practise focuses on reviewing and drafting of all types of commercial and corporate documents and agreements like corporate resolutions and notices, Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, among others.

He is actively involved in the formation, regulation and legal compliance of Cypriot companies and preparation and very knowledgeable in all types of available migration programmes, on which he advises clients regularly; he has successfully represented several corporate international clients by assisting them to relocate their business or establish Cypriot branches and facilitated the transfer of their employees and families in Cyprus under the appropriate schemes.
