Victor specialises in aircraft finance, aircraft leasing and airline start ups and has been involved in this area for the last 20 years.

Experience:

Victor has a diverse client base including airlines, aircraft owners, banks, lessors, manufacturers, arrangers and business jet operators whom he has advised on a wide variety of transactions utilising numerous different structures. He advises airlines in respect of their acquisition of new and used aircraft from manufacturers and lessors. Victor further advises on regulatory and enforcement matters for clients and has acted on several projects involving start-up airlines in Russia and Cyprus. During over 15 years (1997-2012), Victor worked in the aviation groups of three premier law firms. From 2007 to 2012, Victor headed his previous law firm’s aviation practice in Moscow where he had experience of a wider portfolio of financing work, including numerous aviation finance and leasing transactions. He is an acknowledged leading legal expert on aviation in Russia by Chambers Europe and Who is Who, International Aviation.
